A man is called selfish not for pursuing his own good, but for neglecting his neighbor's. - Richard Whately

Volunteers

We need you!

Cuyuna Range Youth Center offers several ways to volunteer.  Come and be a part of our team!

At the center you can volunteer for 2 1/2 – 3 hours once a month during the school year supervising the youth.  As you get to know the students they respect you more and it is great when they smile and say, “Thanks for being here.”  It touches your heart.

Fundraising events often need helpers to manage the youth or help them in their efforts.

Providing transportation is sometimes needed to get the students to an event because buses are not available to us.

Providing food is also a way to help.  New Year’s Eve last year was an all night party (lock-in) in which a meal was provided by some of our local women.  Thank you ladies!!

Sharing your talent, interest or hobbies is another way for the youth to learn appreciation for our elders.
